En 2021, j’ai créé Miles of Smiles, la première crèche fondée par une Française aux Émirats arabes unis.
D’un premier établissement est né un véritable réseau : aujourd’hui, plus de 5 établissements aux Émirats, et le développement du premier modèle de franchise dans l’éducation, construit en collaboration étroite avec les autorités du GCC.
My entrepreneurial journey was not built in a perfect environment. I arrived during Covid, navigated periods of uncertainty — including the 2026 crisis — and faced all the challenges of rapid growth: recruitment, regulations, investment, reorganisation and constant reassessment. Yet we have always continued to move forward.
These experiences taught me much more than running a business: they taught me resilience, the importance of the right people, adaptability and the value of a strong network.
Today, I want to share that experience with people who want to build a business in the Emirates. Léa & Partners was born from that experience.
