These terms cover Online Academy, Dubai Business Immersion, Private Business Advisory and tickets for the events presented on the website.

The content, format, included and excluded services, total price, applicable taxes, dates and access arrangements are provided before any commitment. The order summarises the service and lets you check your details. Applicable terms must be accepted before payment. Confirmation is sent by email.

Prices are in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). Launch prices are AED 1,990 for the Online Academy and AED 9,990 for Dubai Business Immersion. Individual advice costs AED 600 per hour by video call or AED 800 per hour in person in Dubai. Standard prices are AED 2,990 and AED 12,990 for the two courses.

The company is not currently registered for UAE VAT. VAT will not be charged unless and until registration becomes applicable under UAE tax legislation. Online payments are processed by Stripe; available methods appear at checkout. Bank currency conversion charges are separate. No instalment plan or subscription is offered without an explicit schedule and agreement.

The Online Academy includes 6 to 7 prerecorded modules, a complete workbook, 30 days of WhatsApp support from the team and introductions to relevant partners. No individual session with Léa or in-person assistance is included. Optional support extensions cost AED 390 for 15 days or AED 690 for 30 additional days.

Access requires an Internet connection and a device compatible with video playback. Availability date and access duration: coming soon. Access and materials are personal.

Once access to the platform, course materials or digital content has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Login credentials and materials are personal and may not be shared, transferred, reproduced or resold. This does not remove any applicable mandatory rights; the withdrawal and consent rules in the Terms and Conditions remain applicable.

Dubai Business Immersion runs over six days, in a group of 5 to 10 people, with Léa present throughout the programme. It includes modules, the workbook, planned talks and visits, programme transport, breakfast on the first day, dinner on the sixth day, a welcome kit and 30 days of WhatsApp support from the team.

A 30-to-45-minute one-to-one follow-up video call with Léa is included and must take place within 30 days of the immersion. Daily lunches and additional one-to-one support are not included. No flights or accommodation are advertised as included. Dates and stay arrangements will be provided before any booking.

Private Business Advisory consists of advisory hours with Léa according to the project’s needs. From one hour: analysis, personalised advice and relevant introductions. From five hours: workbook and 15 days of WhatsApp support. From ten hours: Online Academy included, 30 days of WhatsApp support in total and a welcome kit. Additional hours are not included. Scheduling and rules for using the hours will be defined before purchase.

WhatsApp support included in the offers is provided by the Léa & Partners team, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm UAE time, with a response within one working day. Introductions are arranged according to the project’s needs; they do not include partners’ direct contact details or external services.

Tickets specify the event, date, time and venue. They are issued after payment confirmation with a reference and QR code for entry checks. A used or cancelled ticket cannot be used for another admission. If you do not receive your ticket, contact admissions@leaandpartners.com.

Event tickets and confirmed training purchases are final and non-refundable for a change of mind, inability to attend, personal circumstances, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts or non-participation. Mandatory rights, including those under UAE law, remain protected.

If Léa & Partners cancels an event without offering a suitable alternative or rescheduled date accepted by the customer, the amount paid is refunded. If a training programme is cancelled and the purchased service or an agreed suitable alternative is not provided, the amount paid for the affected programme is refunded. Approved refunds are processed within 15 calendar days after confirmation of cancellation and refund entitlement, using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Any legally required refund remains applicable.

Where a purchase falls under European distance-selling rules and you are acting as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the service contract. You may send a clear withdrawal statement to support@leaandpartners.com.

Starting a service early and any exceptions relating to digital content require the information, agreements and confirmations prescribed by law. Creating an account alone does not waive the right of withdrawal. Having a scheduled date does not, by itself, make a course a leisure activity excluded from that right. Mandatory rules applicable to your circumstances take precedence over these terms.

To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, use the template below or any statement clearly expressing your decision, sent before the deadline. No reason is required. Keep proof of sending. General acceptance of the terms of sale does not, by itself, constitute separate consent to immediate delivery of digital content or acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The services provide educational guidance and advice tailored to your project; they do not guarantee company formation, authorisation, a visa, funding or a commercial outcome. Decisions by authorities and external providers remain their own. Sessions do not replace advice from a qualified legal or tax professional. No official training accreditation is claimed.

Materials are intended for the recipient’s personal use. Reproduction, sharing or resale requires permission from the rights holder.

These terms and purchases are governed by applicable UAE law. Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rules, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights, including those in the customer's country of residence where applicable.
